Which documents are sent to Kivra?

If you use Kivra, we’ll send your monthly fee invoices there if you’re not using e-invoice or direct debit. Starting in December 2024, we’ll also send reminders for monthly fees to Kivra, instead of by post as we did before. This applies to everyone using Kivra, regardless of your payment method.

If you don’t use Kivra, you’ll continue to receive your invoices and reminders by post as usual. Remember, you can also view your latest invoices and reminders in Min anslutning.
