Participate in the NKI survey and help us to improve!

During November and December, the organization Sveriges a-kassor is conducting an NKI survey that measures how satisfied members are with the work of the unemployment funds. If you have recently received benefits from Alfa-kassan, you may have the chance to participate.

How the survey works

The NKI survey, which stands for Nöjd-Kund-Index (Customer Satisfaction Index), will be conducted using a questionnaire. In the survey, participants will be asked how satisfied they are and what they think about Alfa-kassan’s work and service.

The survey will be sent to 1,500 randomly selected people who are Alfa-kassan members and have received benefits in the last three months. The survey will be sent out on Wednesday, November 20 and you have until mid-December to respond.

The survey is carried out on the initiative of Sveriges a-kassor in collaboration with Verian Group (formerly Kantar Sifo and Kantar Public). Verian Group is responsible for sending out and compiling the survey.
