The public holidays during Christmas and New Year’s Eve affect both our opening hours and when you can receive your benefits from us
Opening hours during Christmas
During the Christmas and New Year period, our opening hours are the following:
- December 23: 09:00–12:00
- December 24: Closed
- December 25: Closed
- December 26: Closed
- December 27: 09:00–15:00
- December 30: 09:00–12:00
- December 31: Closed
- January 1: Closed
Time report during Christmas
When you report your hours, you must fill in the entire week—Monday to Sunday. To receive benefits for a specific week, that week must have passed. If you submit your report mid-week or on a Sunday, you’ll only receive benefits for the previous week.

Exempel: reporting mid-week
Let’s say you submit your time report on Wednesday, December 18, during week 51. You will receive benefits on December 23 for the hours reported up to and including week 50. This is because week 51 hadn’t fully passed when you submitted your time report.
Exempel: reporting on a Sunday
If you submit your time report on Sunday, December 29, during week 52, you will receive benefits on January 3 for the hours reported up to and including week 51. Since week 52 hasn’t fully passed yet—it’s still Sunday—you’ll need to wait until the following week for those benefits.
