When you receive benefits
When you receive benefits, you must follow the action plan you made with Arbetsförmedlingen. If you do not, you may receive a warning or lose benefits for one or more days.

What to do when you receive benefits
-
Follow the action plan
When you register with Arbetsförmedlingen you will create an action plan for finding a job. The plan includes for example what meetings and activities you should attend.
-
Apply for suitable jobs
The action plan states how many jobs you must apply for each month. The jobs you apply for must be suitable, which means you are qualified for them and will accept them if offered.
-
Submit activity reports
To show which jobs you have applied for and other things you have done to get a job, you fill in Arbetsförmedlingen's activity report. You will find the report when you log in to their website. Submit the report by the 14th of each month. Remember to send it in on time, otherwise it may affect your benefit.
What happens if I do not do what I am supposed to?
If you do not follow your action plan or submit activity reports, we will be notified by the Arbetsförmedlingen. We will then contact you to find out what has happened. We will then decide whether you should receive a warning or not receive benefits for one or more days. Your benefit can be affected like this:
- First time: you receive a warning and your benefit is not affected.
- Second time: 1 day without benefits.
- Third time: 5 days without benefits.
- Fourth time: 10 days without benefits.
- Fifth time: you lose your right to benefits and have to meet a new work condition to get benefits again.
