Have you worked abroad?
Submit your application for benefits via our e-service Mina sidor. Once we have registered your application, you will receive a message telling us which certificates to submit. If you do not have an electronic ID, you can contact us at ees@alfakassan.se. State the country you have worked in and how long you have worked there. Please do not state your social security number or coordination number or attach certificates with sensitive personal data by email.
Unemployment benefit card
If you do not have an electronic-ID and cannot use Mina sidor, you must use an unemployment benefit card to report your time. Contact us to order unemployment benefit cards.
