Direct debit

If you wish to pay the monthly fee by direct debit, you can make a direct debit request via your internet bank or via our e-service Min anslutning. Choose Arbetslöshetskassan Alfa as the payee. Once your direct debit request has been approved, the monthly fee will be deducted from your account on the 28th of each month. If the 28th is a public holiday, the monthly fee will be deducted on the next working day. Paying your monthly fee by direct debit is safe and easy. You do not need to keep track of the due date or enter an OCR-number when paying.

Pay by invoice

You will receive invoices from us every three months. We send invoices in January, April, July and October. You can pay your monthly fee every month or for several months at once. When you pay for several months, you should add the monthly fees together to make a total. You can pay your invoice in several ways.

E-invoice

If you want to pay your monthly fee by e-invoice, you must register this via your online bank. You can choose to activate e-invoicing when you make a payment to us. If you sign up for e-invoicing today, you will receive your first e-invoice at the beginning of the next quarter. For example, if you register for e-invoicing in November, you will receive your first e-invoice in January. Your e-invoices are stored in your online bank.

Kivra

Kivra is a digital mailbox. If you have Kivra, your invoices will be sent there. Read more about Kivra here.

Paper invoice

If you have not chosen direct debit or e-invoice and are not connected to Kivra, your invoices will be sent by post. You will be given a personal OCR number which you provide when you pay your invoices. If you do not have your invoice, you can enter your personal number as a message.
