1. 1 What do I do if I get the error message cookie failure?

   If you have problems signing in to Mina sidor, and get the error message cookie failure, it is probably due to your browser settings.

   We recommend that you log in to Mina sidor via Google Chrome. If the problem also occurs in Chrome, you can change the settings as follows:

   Chrome in mobile devices

   Open Setting and click on Chrome. Activate Allow tracking between websites.

   Chrome on desktop

   Open Settings and select Privacy and security. Select Cookies and other website data and uncheck the options Block third-party cookies and Block all cookies. Shut down and restart the browser.

   Safari

   Open Settings, select Safari and Privacy and security. Uncheck Do not track between sites.

2. 2 Why can I not open certificates or letters that I have received on Mina sidor?

   If the page you open is blank (grey/white), it may be because you do not have a PDF reader or you do not have the latest version. You may want to download Adobe Reader or update the PDF reader you are using.

3. 3 Why do I get a grey blank page with the text Mina sidor member portal (Mina sidor Medlemsportal) after I have logged into Mina sidor from my iPhone or iPad?

   If you get a grey blank page, you probably have the Private Browsing Mode setting turned on. To solve the problem, you need to turn off Private Browsing Mode.
