Processing time

Processing time is how long it takes from when we receive your first time report until you receive your benefits from us. The processing time is at the moment 4 weeks. The processing time can vary depending on the complexity of a case and we deal with all cases in the order in which we receive them. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive a decision as soon as possible.

Things you can do to shorten your processing time

  • Follow your To Do-list on Mina Sidor
    Complete all the tasks on your To Do-list.
  • Submit your time report
    We need your time reports as a basis to be able to make a decision in your case. Continue to report for the weeks you apply for benefits even if you have not received our decision.
  • Submit employer certificate
    Your employers can easily fill in the certificate online via the e-service Arbetsgivarintyg.nu. If you have had several jobs, you must submit a certificate for each job.
  • Only submit your documents to us once
    If you submit the same document several times, it will take longer for us to process your case.
  • Check your contact information
    In order to receive information from us, it is important that we have the correct contact information. Therefore, check that all your information is correct.
