Time reports

1. 1 When do I have to submit my time report?

   Submit your time report by Monday to receive payment on Thursday the same week.

   Payments are usually made every Thursday. Find our payout dates here.

2. 2 How do I receive my payment?

   We pay out benefits via Swedbank. To receive your benefits from us, you must register your bank account with Swedbank’s branch register. You register your account with them regardless of which bank you have. You can register via their website.

   If you do not have a bank account registered with Swedbank, a payment advice will be sent to you by post. You can then redeem your advice online via their website.

3. 3 Why are there weeks missing when I fill in my time report?

   The missing weeks are probably already submitted or started.

   Under the Report Time tab, you can see if you have any time reports left to fill in. Under Submitted time reports you can see all the reports you have already submitted.

4. 4 Can I change an already submitted time report?

   Yes, here is how to modify a submitted time report:

   1. Go to the Report Time tab.
   2. Select the week you want to change.
   3. Press the Change button.
   4. Make the change and sign the time report. Do not forget to indicate the reason why you are changing the time report.
   5. Sign and submit the time report.

5. 5 How do I fill in a time report when I am enrolled in an activity via Arbetsförmedlingen?

   You do not need to report your time to us while you are enrolled in an activity via Arbetsförmedlingen. If you start your activity in the middle of the week, you can fill in Cannot work for the days the activity is running.

6. 6 Should I fill in the time report when I am receiving an activity grant?

   No, you do not have to fill in the time report if you are enrolled in a program through the Swedish Public Employment Service. Instead, you should apply for activity grant from the Swedish Social insurance Agency. Contact the Swedish Social insurance Agency for more information.

   If you begin or end your program in the middle of a week, fill in Can not take work for the days you are in the program.
