Increase in average income

Every year, Alfa-kassan increases the average income on which your benefit is based. This means that if you are a member and have an income-based benefit, you may receive a higher benefit per day.

This year, we are increasing the average daily income by 3.9%. This is based on the expected wage increases in the labor market.

From April 29, you can log in to Mina sidor to see if you have received an increase from us.

The increase applies to those who:

  • have income-based benefits but do not have the maximum benefit today. It is SEK 1,200 for the first 100 days or SEK 1,000 from day 101.

The increase does not apply to those who:

  • already have the maximum income-based benefit.
  • receive the basic benefit.
