Things you can do to shorten your processing time

• Submit employer certificate
  Your employers can easily fill in the certificate online via the e-service Arbetsgivarintyg.nu. You must submit a certificate for each job you have had.
  
• Submit your documents to us only once
  If you submit the same document several times, it will take longer for us to process your case.
  
• Check your contact information
  We must have the correct contact information so we can reach you if we need to. Therefore, check that all your information is correct.
