Results of the NKI survey

In December 2023, Alfa-kassan conducted a NKI survey (Nöjd Kundindex) to find out how our service is perceived. The survey was conducted through email sent to those who have received benefits from us at least once during September, October and November.

The survey showed that our customers are more satisfied than ever and our NKI increased from 66 to 70 – a figure we are very proud of! The survey also showed that trust in us has increased and that members would recommend us to others. One of the things we do well is that payments arrive on time, but we can improve our processing time and accessibility.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in the survey and shared their thoughts and opinions. Your feedback is invaluable to us and helps us to continue to improve.
